What we do

OrderToAI is an AI-powered customer re-engagement platform. A business connects its account and an AI assistant helps it reconnect with its own existing customers: for example, sending appointment reminders, following up with lapsed customers, and extending win-back offers. The same assistant can also answer the business’s inbound calls and texts as an AI front desk: booking appointments, taking orders, and answering common questions.

We support outreach by both phone calls and SMS text messages. Every call clearly identifies that it is an AI assistant calling on behalf of the business, and every text includes a way to opt out.

Who we serve

We work with local, service-based businesses that want to answer more of their calls and re-engage the customers who already know them. That includes restaurants, hair salons, barbershops, auto repair shops, plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, pest control companies, and gyms and fitness studios.

OrderToAI is nota cold-calling or lead-generation tool. Outbound calling is only for contacting a business’s own established customers. We also do not serve medical or dental practices: those verticals carry HIPAA obligations we deliberately keep out of scope.

How it works

A business signs up, tells OrderToAIits hours, services, and prices, and either takes a new phone number or forwards the one it already uses. From that point the AI answers inbound calls in the business’s name, around the clock. It can answer questions about what the business does and charges, book an appointment or reservation directly into the connected calendar, take a pickup order, text a caller a link they asked for such as a menu or booking page, and transfer the call to a person whenever the caller asks for one.

The same assistant can work outbound. Given a business’s own customer list, it calls or texts people who have not been back in a while, reminds them about work they deferred, and books them in again. Every outbound call identifies itself as an AI assistant calling on behalf of the business, and respects calling hours in the customer’s own local time zone.

What makes it different

Most tools in this category answer the phone and stop there. OrderToAI works both directions: it answers the calls coming in, and it makes the calls that bring quiet customers back. A missed call and a customer who has not returned in a year are the same problem, which is revenue the business already earned and did not collect.

It is also priced to be understandable. There is a flat monthly plan plus a per-minute rate for live talk time, the same rate at 2am as at 2pm, with no per-call fee, no setup fee, and no contract. A business sets its own budget cap and can cancel at any time.

Our commitment to responsible messaging

We build compliance in from the start. Businesses attest that they are contacting their own existing customers who provided their number, we honor opt-outs across calls and texts, we respect calling-time rules in the customer’s local time zone, and we maintain do-not-call and consent records. We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data for anyone’s marketing.
