Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers our website and the OrderToAI platform. It does not cover third-party websites or services we link to. By using the Service, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account and business details — your name, email, phone, business name, and related details you provide at sign-up or in settings.
• Customer Data you upload — information about your own customers that you enter or import to run re-engagement campaigns, such as names, phone numbers, and prior-transaction or interaction history, plus the scripts and notes you create.
• Communications — messages you send us (e.g., support emails) and content you create in the Service.

Information generated through the Service

• Call and message content — call audio, recordings, transcripts, message bodies, outcomes, and related metadata for calls and texts initiated through the Service.
• Business information from public sources — when you search for your business, we retrieve public listing details (such as name, address, hours, ratings, and photos) to set up your profile.
• Usage and device data — log data, IP address, device and browser type, and how you interact with the Service, used for security, analytics, and reliability.
• Compliance and consent records — timestamps, IP address, and the version of the terms you accepted; opt-in/opt-out and do-not-call records; and audit logs of compliance checks, kept to demonstrate lawful operation.

Payments

If you purchase a paid plan, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers.

• provide, operate, personalize, and maintain the Service;
• set up your business profile and generate your campaign previews;
• run the compliance and abuse-prevention features;
• secure the Service, prevent fraud and misuse, and debug;
• provide support and communicate with you about your account;
• improve the Service; and
• comply with law and enforce our agreements.

4. Roles — your customers’ data

For the Customer Data you upload, you are the controller and OrderToAI is your service provider/processor, acting on your instructions to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use that data, for providing any required notices to your customers, and for honoring their requests. If one of your customers contacts us about their data, we will generally refer them to you, the business that holds the relationship.

5. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• Service providers (sub-processors) — vetted vendors who process data on our behalf, by category: cloud hosting and storage; AI/ML processing; telephony and messaging; mapping/business-listing data; email delivery; payment processing; and analytics/monitoring. They are permitted to use the data only to provide services to us. A current list of sub-processors is available on request at info@ordertoai.com.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
• With your direction or consent — for example, integrations you connect.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your Customer Data to advertise to your customers.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never shared or sold. No mobile phone numbers or SMS/text-messaging opt-in information — whether yours or that of the customers a business contacts through the Service — will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone and messaging data is used only to provide the Service (for example, to place the calls and send the texts a business initiates) and is shared only with the telephony and messaging providers needed to deliver those messages. Consent to receive text messages is collected separately from acceptance of this policy, and recipients can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

• data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest;
• access is restricted to authorized personnel on a least-privilege, need-to-know basis, and credentials/secrets are kept in managed secret storage;
• we use access controls, network protections, audit logging, and monitoring, and apply security headers to our web surfaces; and
• we periodically review our security practices.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to appeal a decision. To exercise rights for your own account data, email info@ordertoai.com. Because we do not sell or “share” personal information, there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. If your request concerns data a business uploaded about you, contact that business (the controller); we will assist them as their processor.

9. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to operate and secure the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

10. International users

We operate in the United States, and information is processed there. If you access the Service from elsewhere, you consent to processing in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

11. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy; we will post changes here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
