OrderToAI is an AI phone agent for local businesses. On the Front Desk plan it answers your calls and texts around the clock as an AI receptionist: booking appointments into your real calendar, taking pickup orders from your menu, answering questions from the details you approve, and transferring to a person whenever a caller asks. On both plans it also calls the customers you already have to win them back. This manual covers all of it: the five minute setup, every page and control in the dashboard with real screenshots, and how the parts underneath work, including how the AI decides what to say, how calls are billed, and which telemarketing rules are enforced for you automatically. It never takes card details on a call, and it never stores call audio.
