Running multiple locations

Front Desk

A multi location account keeps each store genuinely separate where it matters and shared where it helps. Each location gets its own phone number, its own Front Desk agent, its own knowledge and hours, and for restaurants its own menu and floor plan. The number a customer dials is how the AI knows which store they want, so callers always hear the right hours and book into the right calendar. What stays shared is your customer list and your campaigns, so a returning customer is recognised wherever they call and you are not maintaining the same list several times. In the dashboard, a switcher in the top bar filters everything to one store or shows all of them together, and staff can be scoped so a manager only sees their own location. Each additional location is billed monthly on top of your plan.

Adding a location

  1. 1

    Add the store

Search for it the same way you searched for your business at signup, so its details, hours, and services come from its own Google profile rather than being copied from another store.

  2. 2

    Give it a number

Each location needs its own number, because the dialled number is how the AI tells your stores apart.

  3. 3

    Check its knowledge

Hours and details are per location. If the new store differs from the others in any way customers ask about, this is where that lives.

  4. 4

    Forward that store's line

Exactly as you did for the first location, using the codes for that line's carrier.

Questions

Does each location need its own phone number?
Yes. The number a customer dials is how the AI knows which store they want and therefore which hours, knowledge, menu, and calendar to use. Without separate numbers the AI cannot distinguish your locations.
Is my customer list split between locations?
No, and that is deliberate. Customers and campaigns are account wide so a returning customer is recognised wherever they call, while operational data such as bookings and calls is recorded per location.
Can each restaurant have its own menu and prices?
Yes. Menus, floor plans, tables, and knowledge are all per location, so each restaurant quotes its own prices and seats guests against its own room. Nothing is shared between sites except your customer list and your campaigns.
How am I billed for extra locations?
One subscription covers the account, with each additional location billed monthly on top of your plan. Each location includes its own phone number, Front Desk agent, knowledge, and calendar, and talk time is billed the same per minute rate wherever the call lands.
