How pricing works
All plansPricing is a flat monthly plan plus talk time, with nothing hidden between them. Win-Back is $49.99 a month, Front Desk is $99.99 a month, and both add $0.49 for every minute of live conversation. Additional locations are billed per location per month. There are no per call fees, no setup fees, no contracts, and no after hours premium, so a 2am emergency call costs exactly the same per minute as a midday one. Inbound talk time is metered and billed in arrears; outbound campaign calling runs on prepaid credit with a budget cap you set, so a campaign can never spend money you did not set aside. Ringing time is not billed, only conversation. Both plans include a five day free trial with full access, and cancelling during it costs nothing.
A worked example
Suppose your AI answers 100 calls in a month and the average call runs three minutes. That is 300 minutes of talk time at $0.49, so $147 in usage, plus your $99.99 Front Desk plan: about $247 for the month.
Judge that against what those 100 calls were worth. If your average job is $80 and even a quarter of those calls were customers who would otherwise have reached voicemail and rung a competitor, the month pays for itself several times over. The missed call calculator on our site runs this arithmetic on your own numbers.

Questions
- What does an AI receptionist cost per month?
- Front Desk is $99.99 a month plus $0.49 per minute of talk time. A business taking about 100 calls a month at three minutes each lands near $247 all in. There are no per call fees, no contract, and no premium for nights or weekends.
- Am I billed for ringing time or for calls nobody answers?
- No. Billing is on live talk time only, so ringing does not count and an unanswered outbound call costs essentially nothing. This is why a campaign budget covers more calls than the raw call count suggests.
- Is there a contract?
- No contract and no cancellation fee. Billing is monthly, you can cancel at any time from the Billing page, and service runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
- What happens if I go over my budget cap?
- Outbound calling stops when the cap is reached, which is the entire purpose of the cap. Inbound calls keep being answered, because those are your customers reaching you and cutting them off would cost you more than the minutes do.
