Quickstart

All plans

Setting up OrderToAI takes about five minutes because the AI builds itself from your existing Google business profile rather than from a blank form. You search for your business by name, confirm it is the right one, and the system pulls your hours, services, address, and reviews into the assistant automatically. From there you hear it answer a live demo call, choose a plan, and pick a phone number. The last step is telling your existing business line to ring the AI, which is a short code you dial on your own phone and can undo at any time. Nothing is charged during the five day free trial, and the AI never takes card details from your callers: when something needs paying it sends a secure link by text instead. This page is the fast path; each step below links to its full walkthrough.

Before you start

You need three things: your business listed on Google (almost every local business already is), an email address, and access to your business phone so you can forward it at the end. You do not need to prepare a script, record anything, or install software. Everything runs in your browser and on the phone line you already have.

If your business is not on Google, you can still sign up by entering your details by hand. The assistant simply starts from what you type instead of from your listing, and you fill in hours and services yourself on the Knowledge page afterwards.

The five minute path

Each step here has a full walkthrough linked at the bottom of this page.

  1. 1

    Find your business

Type your business name on the signup page. Pick yourself from the results. Your hours, services, address, and reviews are read from your Google profile and become the assistant's starting knowledge.

  2. 2

    Hear it answer

Before paying anything, you get a live demo call so you can judge the voice and the answers with your own ears. The AI already knows your business at this point, so it is answering as you, not as a generic bot.

  3. 3

    Choose your plan

Win-Back calls your existing customers to bring them back. Front Desk adds the inbound AI receptionist that answers your phone, books appointments, and takes orders. Both include a five day free trial and per minute talk time.

  4. 4

    Pick your phone number

Choose a local number in your own area code, or transfer the number you already use. This becomes the line your AI answers and the caller ID your win-back calls come from.

  5. 5

    Forward your calls

Dial a short forwarding code on your existing business phone so calls ring the AI. You can forward everything, or only when you are busy or do not pick up. Undo it any time with a second code.

What happens after setup

Every call the AI answers is recorded as a transcript with a summary, so you can search conversations rather than replay voicemails. Appointments it books appear in your calendar immediately through two way sync, and anything you block by hand becomes unavailable to the AI, which is what stops double bookings.

If you are on Front Desk, the assistant also answers text messages on the same number. If you are on Win-Back, you upload the customer list you already have and the AI starts calling the customers who have not been back in a while.

Questions

How long does it really take to set up OrderToAI?
The account and assistant take about five minutes because your business details are read from your Google profile rather than typed in. Forwarding your existing phone line is a short code you dial and takes under a minute. The part worth spending more time on is reviewing your knowledge and hours afterwards, which most owners do in another ten or fifteen minutes.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. You keep the number your customers already know. Most owners forward their existing line to the AI number, either around the clock or only when they are busy or do not answer. If you would rather move the number over permanently you can transfer it in, and if you decide to stop, you cancel the forwarding with a code on your own phone.
What does it cost to try?
Both plans include a five day free trial. Win-Back is $49.99 a month and Front Desk is $99.99 a month, both plus $0.49 per minute of live talk time, with additional locations billed separately. There is no contract, no per call fee, and no after hours premium, so a 2am call costs the same per minute as a midday one.
Can I hear it before I sign up?
Yes. The demo on the home page calls you and answers as your own business, using your real Google profile, before you create an account. That is the fastest way to judge whether the voice and answers fit your business.
